Commercial Modus Operandi

Initial Contact
Discuss a new project's potential.

Registration
Upon CCC's acceptance by email or phone, you complete the target=_blank>
On-line Registration.

Stage One Submission by Email Only

A.): Immediately provide by email:

  • Client Profile
  • One Page Humanitarian Request Summary Due Diligence Authorization
  • Color Scanned, Current Bank Statement (most recent with 5% to 10% of Project's request)
  • Color Scanned passport (no exceptions)

    CCC publishes and emails its LOI to you

    B.) Follow by email:

  • Project's NDNC (if required by your project) to CCC.
  • Provide CCC's NCND
  • Provide CCC a copy of the executed our Financial Services Agreement.
  • Current Bank Statement (most recent and highest and lowest of past 12 months)
  • Executive Summary (guideline) see also (writing the)
  • Project's Business Plan see also (example)
  • Job Creation Summary - all projects
  • Resume of principal
  • CCC and Your Company Fee Agreement.
  • Additional items requested on LOI

    Acceptance
    CCC posts your request in the Team Forum. This means that the project will be accepted for review.

    Team NCND
    The following must be fully executed and submitted:

    • Our NCND (separate ones must be executed by all contacts)
    • Client's LOI to CCC

    Correspondence

    Stage Two Submission
    Team Member receives requested conditions along with the appraisal, appropriate certifications and complete documentation, assembles, and delivers complete package to CCC.

    Package contents must be 2 complete packages and three copies on CD rom disks which must contain all documents formerly submitted to CCC whether they were revised or not. The one page cover letter providing a brief outline of the requestand must contain:

    • Project Name
    • Location
    • Amount of Request
    • Overview
    • Explanations if necessary
    Page two shall be an index of all tabs sections of the package.

    Stacking Order

    For reference only, A complete Humanitariamn summary may be included in the package
  • Contribution to Humainty Presentation for Foundations in place of Executive summary

    Delivery
    CCC delivers full package to Provider for acceptance.

    Due Diligence
    Provider performs project due diligence often times conferencing with you.

    Send by email, the Distribution of Funds Statement (AKA: Tranche Disbursement Schedule).

    Approval
    1.) Loan Agreements drawn and Final Due Diligence is completed
    3.) Loan Closes continuing post closing activities
